Robert Welch Signature Book 7-Piece Knife Block & Handheld Sharpener Set
This 7 piece knife block set forms part of the Signature kitchen knife range by Robert Welch together with the handheld knife sharpener. Each blade in this set has been designed with comfort, precision and strength in mind, created from a single billet of German stainless steel with a hand-sharpened finish of 15° for exceptional sharpness. This set is beautifully presented in an oak wood book-style knife block. The handheld knife sharpener is suitable for use with all straight-edged knives; honing the blades back into shape quickly and easily thanks to the optimum angling of the ceramic wheel. The solid plastic handle has a weighted non-slip base for your comfort and safety. To use the knife sharpener, simply hold the sharpener firmly on a flat surface and apply 10-12 strokes of the knife blade from heel to tip; applying gentle pressure whilst maintaining the blade edge in continuous contact with the wheel. Knife block includes a lifetime guarantee.
