The Parry HOT18BM Bain Marie Topped hot cupboard is1800mm wide capable of holding 540 plates or 108 plated meals. The Bain marie top has a capacity of holding 5 x 1/1Gn pans or a combination of. (Pans not included.)
This hot cupboard has 5 x perforated internal shelves which are supplied in three section for easy cleaning, the double skinned doors are also removable for cleaning.
The unit is temperature regulated throughout by a thermostat.
Supplied with four strong casters, with two being lockable as standard.
