Nobleza del Sur ‘Eco Day’ is an organic, early harvest olive oil. It’s made from Picual olives grown in sunny Andalusia.
The olives are milled within four hours of being picked. The cold pressing process preserves their natural flavour and aroma. The result is a fragrant green oil with fruity, herbaceous notes.
This Spanish olive oil is best used at low temperatures. This is the best way to showcase its fresh, balanced flavour. It has a bitter, spicy finish that works beautifully in dressings and marinades. Try drizzling it over pan con tomate or a crisp green salad.
‘Eco Day’ can also be used as a finishing oil for seafood and pasta dishes. It’s also delicious with hard and semi-hard cheeses.
The label celebrates the bee, a pollinator that plays a vital role in global food production.
