The Lincat GS7/R has a half ribbed with a solid 12mm thick machined steel base to ensure even heat distribution and fully welded plates eliminate dirt traps.
The design of the element within the plate ensures fantastic heat retention in the cooking area.
The griddle is thermostatically controlled by a rotary knobs with two control zones which allows for precise cooking and saving energy when not required or used.
