Global presents this 13cm GU-20 Fluted Santoku Knife as part of their UKON Knife collection. Created using Cromova 18 stainless steel with a thicker blade for added strength, each blade has an acute 15-degree cutting edge that is 10% sharper, there is also an ambidextrous thumb rest for added comfort.
