The saucepans incorporate an energy efficient, 6mm impact bonded aluminium, fully encapsulated sandwich base.
The cast steel handles and lid handles are secured with rivets for added durability and stability.
We recommend the use of an oven glove or cloth to ensure safe handling of this cookware.
The lids have steam vents.
