Victor CTB1 Bains Marie Topper
British made Victor heated bain marie topper unit capable of holding 3 x 1/1Gn x 65mm deep pans with a heated lit gantry and toughened glass sneeze guard above.
Exterior constructed from heavy duty stainless steel with the interior from stainless and galvanised steel.
The dry heat bain marie is controlled by an adjustable thermostat and the operator changeable 300W quartz lamps have a dimmer control.
The pans shown on the image are not included but a range of sizes and options such as carvery, glass plate and tiled are available below.
