This unique baker spice blend will add warmth and depth of flavour to brown bread, shortcrust pastry and other savoury bakes. Add a pinch to puff pastry dough to make tarts, canapés and spicy cheese straws. The spice blend is great for brioche buns, too.

The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
