This 25.5cm chef’s knife forms part of the Equilibrium range by Rockingham Forge. Each item in this collection features high-quality chromium-molybdenum-vanadian steel which has been ice-hardened for long-lasting sharpness and rust resistance. The knife-edge is hand-finished with taper-grinding for sharper cutting action and also a curved design handle for a more comfortable and easy grip.
