Valid for 1 year and tailored to each machine, our Silver Service offers the full package to keep you up and running and support you should any issues arise. The annual Service will keep you machine healthy and the annual PSSR will keep you compliant with the ‘Pressure Systems Safety Regulation 2000’ UK legislative order.

This contract includes:
- Call outs and Labour Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730.
- Parts replacement included EXC Boiler, Chassis, Panels, and PCB
- Annul labour and service parts
- Pressure Vessel Inspection included with certification and replacement valve (No insurance inspector necessary).

Please note, most of our espresso machines only come with a 12 month parts warranty (unless specified otherwise). You will need to purchase a service contract like this one to maintain the health and operation of your machine.
