Pariani ginger mustard adds fire and sweetness to cuts of ham and plates of cheese. The ‘mustard’ is really a spread made from candied ginger. Natural mustard flavour is added to give that nose-tingling pungency that goes so well with pork and beef.
Serve the ginger mustard instead of pickle with a wedge of pork pie, or spread into a panini with brie and rocket leaves. It’s also a great glaze – thin with a little warm water and brush over a joint of gammon towards the end of cooking. Or even add a spoonful to a beef stir fry.
