The flavour of black garlic is often compared to balsamic or liquorice. It’s a great addition to salad dressings and marinades. You can mix it with butter to melt on top of sweetcorn and steaks.
Black garlic granules give sauces a deep umami flavour. Add a sprinkle to peppercorn sauce or a rich gravy for roasted meat.
