Matcha Portion Spoon
Just like an espresso shot of coffee, you want to know how strong to make your matcha. We bought in our portion spoon so you don’t have to do the guess work!
- Each spoon equals 1g of matcha.
Depending on how you like the strength of your matcha, we recommend between 2-3g per serving. 1.5g = 48mg of caffeine = about the same as an espresso shot of coffee. Instructions Add one JENKI tsp (1-2g) of matcha to a cup. Add a splash of water and whisk until all lumps are gone. Top with water or plant based milk of your choice.
