Lincat BM4 Dry Heat Bain Marie
The Lincat BM4 Dry Heat Bain Maire is perfect for holding sauces, soups, gravies and pre-cooked foods for up to 2 hours at serving temperatures.
With its adjustable heat control, it makes keeping appropriate serving temperatures easy and simple.
This product is supplied as base unit only, but pans are available.
Dry Well Bain Maries work in a similar fashion to a standard oven, but use less energy than a Wet Well Bain Marie. A Dry Well is easier to move than a Wet Well as it removes the risk of spillage. A Dry Well Bain Marie is ideal for reheating foods such as breads, pastries and soups or any food with a long cooking time such as stews or potatoes.
