Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
For best results, use medium or low heat settings for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended.
Always use appropriately sized hob rings for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to the product.
The sand enamel surface is not ideal for dry cooking. Recommended oils include vegetable, rapeseed, and sunflower oil.
Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5 cm when grilling.
Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
Allow the product to cool before cleaning. If washed too quickly, thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking or loss of enamel.
Hand washing is recommended, but it is also dishwasher safe.
