De Buyer Affinity Stainless Steel Casserole Pan with Lid
Use the De Buyer Affinity stainless steel casserole pan for one-pot casseroles & stews, or even for cooking pasta and shellfish. The pan, lid and handles are all metal, so you can use the whole pan in the oven or on the stove top.
The Affinity casserole pan is made from multiple layers of magnetic stainless steel with an aluminium core. Heat is conducted throughout the entire pan – sides included – for faster and more even cooking. It also reacts very quickly to changes in temperature, so it heats up fast and stops cooking almost as soon as you remove it from the heat.
The pan has a rolled lip for easy pouring with reduced drips. The ergonomically designed handles are cast from stainless steel and riveted to the pan for durability. They also stay at a low enough temperature to handle during stovetop cooking.
