Splash Chili Klaus Nº1 hot sauce over fried eggs and cheese on toast. Nicknamed the smoky ghost, it gets its heat from chipotle and bhut jolokia chillies. Also known as ghost peppers, bhut jolokia chillies have a fruity, smoky flavour and intense heat.
The sauce ranks 9/15 on the Chili Klaus ‘Wind Force’ spice scale. It will definitely make your taste buds tingle! Tomatoes, paprika and grilled bell peppers give the sauce its deep red colour.
