One of the standout features of our vest carrier bag is its composability.  Whilst it may not meet the rapid biodegradation timescale required for composting standard EN13432, it can still be suitable for home composting, although the timeframe for decomposition may vary depending on conditions and could take several years.

As a responsible last resort option, our biodegradable bag can also be disposed of in general waste bins.  However, unlike regular polythene bags, our vest carrier bag will break down much faster in the upper regions of the landfill where it will be exposed to oxygen and mechanical stress.  This means it has a reduced impact on the environment and contributes to a more sustainable waste management approach.
