Alto-Shaam banquet carts are engineered to meet your toughest banquet challenges. They keep pre-plated food fresh, flavourful, and hot without the need for moisture pans, water, or canned heat. HALO HEAT provides a controlled, uniform heat source that gently envelops food for enhanced appearance, taste, and extended holding life. With close temperature tolerance and an even heat application, these carts deliver consistent warmth from top to bottom and side to side. An adjustable electronic thermostat with a digital display monitors the internal temperature, ensuring that food remains at safe and precise temperatures. Superior insulation guarantees that the cavity will only lose 2ºF for every 45 minutes it operates without power, provided that the doors stay closed. These carts are designed to adapt to various banquet holding needs: – stacked covered plates – covered or uncovered plate carriers – trays for banquet service – additional shelves for 1/1 and 1/2 gastronorm pans. The non-magnetic stainless steel interior resists corrosion, while the full perimeter, wall-friendly bumper, transport handles, and heavy-duty castors enhance usability. Included are: 4 transport handles, 8 chrome wire shelves, 8 shelf runners and clips, a bumper surround, and 6 x 152mm castors.
