Ali Haigh was brought up in a bakery and has worked as a Home Economist for over twenty years. Like all dedicated people, Ali loves her work, designing and running cookery courses, recipe writing, hospitality training and supporting celebrity chefs, Ali’s commitment to healthy eating and nutrition underpins everything she does. Many people believe they don’t have time to cook while others lack the confidence and knowledge required to cook simple healthy meals for themselves, family and friends. Ali wants to change that with her helpful tips and simple, seasonal and delicious recipes.
